Doesn’t what you received suit you? No problem, you can return it simply by following the steps below. Make your return within 14 days from the day you received your order. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the date indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the purpose of checking the timeliness. To make the return, it is necessary that the product is in perfect condition with the special markings (tags), the receipt of the order and the completion of the special return form.
IN THE CASE OF RETURN YOU HAVE THE POSSIBILITY:
To make an exchange with the same or another product through our online store. Make your exchange in the e-shop if you have made your original purchase there. Return the product very well packed to avoid damage during transport, using the ELTA courier service at no charge. As soon as we receive the product we check if it meets the above conditions. If it does, we will send you the new product. The cost of sending the new product is borne by you and is 4 € if it is sent to you by ELTA courier.
RETURNS OF PRODUCTS FROM COUNTRIES OUTSIDE GREECE
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days. For returns outside of Greece, the transport costs of all routes are the responsibility of the person making the return. Please note that if a refund is requested to a bank outside of Greece, the final amount refunded to the customer is calculated based on the value of the product on the date of purchase, minus shipping costs and transfer costs to a foreign bank.
In all cases, the returned products must be in the condition in which they were received by the customer. This means:
1. This means that they must be free of damage and the packaging must be that which normally accompanies the product.
2. They must be in perfect condition (with their factory packaging i.e. box or gelatine)
3. They must be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (e.g. Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).
If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return. Please clarify that changes are always made at the current price of the product with the extra charge shown above. In the event that the new product you choose has a lower price than the one you are returning, you will be entitled to a discount voucher equal to the difference in value. No refund will be given for the above case.
Return of Defective Products
In cases in which Koutsoubidis.gr is proven to be at fault for selling products of poor and defective quality or due to an error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, damaged in transit, with poor packaging, etc., then Koutsoubidis.gr assumes full responsibility for the replacement, the cost of return (in which case it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses in a bank account indicated), as well as the costs of reshipment. In order to determine whether the product is defective you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org photos of the product in order to be checked by the competent department of the company. If you send us the product without following the above procedure you will be fully responsible for all the costs of transporting the product plus any costs incurred and our company also reserves the right to refuse to accept the product. The conditions of return remain the same as those mentioned above.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:
α) Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by calling 24630 24398 daily from 09:00 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 21:00 on Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
b) After receipt of the product you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product. It is clarified that in order to proceed with the return of the product, the conditions mentioned above regarding damage to the returned products etc. must be met. Within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it and get your money back. The refund is always made at the purchase price of the product on the day of purchase, minus 8 euros relating to shipping costs (4 € for shipping and another 4 € for the return of the product, an amount that we do not charge our customers at the time of delivery of the order, provided that they do not exercise the right of withdrawal). The deposit of your money will be made within 14 working days from the moment we receive the products to be returned and if they meet the conditions for returnable products as described above. Please be reminded that, refunds will only be made in the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised. In case of exchange with another product of a lower value, you will be entitled to a discount voucher of a value equal to the difference, minus 4 € relating to the transport costs of the exchange.
In any case (including the exchange), if you choose any other way to return the product other than by ELTA courier, you will be charged 4 € which relates to the shipping costs of your order from us to you as well as all shipping costs of the product from you to us.
We also remind you how:
• In the event that a defect is found during quality control on the returned product, the company must return the parcel back to the consumer or contact the consumer to resolve the issue. Undesirable odours that the returned product may also be considered a defect.
• Footwear should be tested on a soft carpet or soft surface, otherwise the Company will not accept footwear that has abrasions or the appearance of wear and tear.
