Shipping Methods

WITHIN GREECE
All products for orders within Greece are sent by SpeedEx and ELTA courier companies to the address you have indicated during the completion of your order. Deliveries are made daily 9:00-17:00, except Saturday, Sunday, & holidays. All orders are shipped within Greece in 1-3 business days from the date of placing the order. In the case of Remote or Hard to reach destinations the above times are extended by 1 to 2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Processing, shipping and delivery of orders are not done on weekends or public holidays. Subject to any special charges that will be expressly provided for in the Online Shop and in any case in your order confirmation, the general shipping costs are as follows: Orders within Greece are not subject to shipping costs if they are over 39 €. For orders up to 39 €, the shipping costs are 3 €. The “cash on delivery” cost is 3 € per order, regardless of the amount. If you wish a specific delivery time you will be charged the additional cost determined by the respective courier.

CYPRUS
Shipments to Cyprus are made by Speedex or ELTA with Express Shipping! The delivery is made from Greece on the next working day. Delivery is made within 2-3 working days from the day of shipment. For inaccessible areas this time can be extended by 2 days.

The charges are as follows:
– For purchases over 120 € the shipping costs are free of charge.
– For purchases under 120 € the shipping charge is 15 € (including 24% VAT) for express delivery (3-6 days).
In case of a large order volume, additional shipping costs will be incurred and the order will be shipped after prior notification from us and approval of the customer.

WORLDWIDE
Delivery to countries outside of Greece – Cyprus are carried out by DPD and the cost of shipping is 27€ for Zone 1 and Zone 3 countries, 25€ for Zone 2 countries and 55€ for Zone 4 countries. Delivery time is estimated at 3-7 working days. Please note that for remote areas this time may be extended.

• Zone 1 includes the following countries: Austria, Hungary
• Zone 2 includes the following countries: Germany
• Zone 3 includes the following countries: Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, United Kingdom.
• Zone 4 includes the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Ireland, Ireland, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Sweden

Before placing your order, it is advisable to be aware of any additional costs that may arise with the delivery of your order.
NOTE: Costs may vary in case of high volume or weight, always after consultation with the customer.
Shipments to Romania and Bulgaria have a shipping cost of 14€.

For any returns – changes, for all countries outside of Greece, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
